• Venue: Infant Jesus Holy Spirit Parish

• Booking Amount: $150

Booking Instructions:

1. Fill out the below Google Form

2. After submitting the form, please remit the booking amount of $150 to the church's email                                              Interac ID : ijsmccb@gmail.com

3. When making the Interac transfer, include the reference in the format: <name>_<date of booking>. For instance, if John Doe is booking for January 15, 2024, the reference should be "JohnDoe_20240115".

Important Notes:

• Your booking is considered complete once the form is submitted.

• Once a spot is booked, it will be unavailable for further reservations.

• Avoid making unwanted bookings, as the reserved spot becomes unavailable for others.

• Try to make Interac payment as soon as you book a spot.

• Note: If you do not wish to Sponsor Holy Mass, but just have special prayer intentions or want to offer 'Office for the Dead' prayer (Oppesu/ഒപ്പീസ്), kindly contact our Parish Vicar directly.
